Using digital capture we can explain things in a day that would have taken three times as long using film even if you don't possess a digital camera (and possibly have no intention - as yet -  of buying one!)

The image above was made with a Canon digital camera and is not one but two images stitched together. Although Jeremy Rodell owned a state of the art film camera with wide angle lens this image was made using our camera. He combined two images taken with a normal  50mm lens  to make a panorama  which looked much more like the scene as we saw it at the time. He also used two small flash units ( a master and slave) to push more light where it was needed through the cobwebs into the Stygian gloom. The Carpentry Shop was digitally adjusted and ready for printing that same evening. Isn't technology fun?
